My husband had back problems for 10 years. X-rays had says he had a slightly slipped disc in the back. He had been to see Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, Acupuncturists, Physiotherapists there exists nothing that had worked.
Eventually he allowed the pain to control him and grew frustrated and worried daily exactly how he would play using children when the task came.

He wrote every single on a small piece of cardboard and carried it in the pocket and every time he visited the bathroom he would repeat it again and over- about 50 - 100 times daily.
I LOVE BEING PAIN FREE OR BEING ABLE TO DO AND ENJOY ANYTHNG I WANT
And the upper back pain disappeared within 3 days and he is now able to do exercises (the "cobra pose" in Yoga is a good exercise for strengthening the end back).
He still uses the affirmations will not 50 "cobra" repetitions half a day and so far 's still free from back problems.
